North Korean Anthem

Since this comes from KCTV, which does not have a web presence, I have had to make this a Google Drive link. This is from a 2022 Korean War ceremony broadcast.
License: Article 32 of the Law on Copyright of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea broadly allows a copyrighted work to be performed when it is free of charge. It also allows the copying of any copyrighted work made in a public place. Since this is an audio track which was originally performed in a public place (Pyongyang military parade), one could reasonably assume it falls under the provisions of this law, and is de facto in the public domain.
Article 40 additionally states: "A performance, sound- or video-recording or broadcasting may be used without permission of the related right holder in such cases as specified in Article 32."
